In 2008, I was in the process of researching and planning the launch of an independent record label. As I met and talked to a myriad of musicians, it became clear that most of them were operating without a solid strategic plan to serve as a compass for reaching their aspirations. Strategic Planning was something I became proficient at during my 16 years in IT working for a billion-dollar Overland Park corporation.

I have incorporated all the knowledge, experience and expertise I amassed into a series of tools and techniques specifically designed to aid musicians and other performing artists. Strategic Planning is hard work. It requires asking tough questions and honestly assessing where you are and where you want to get to. TMM provides value by:
